What are my delivery options?

 

SAGs  ships worldwide!

Shipping: 3-5 business days

International: 5-7 business days 

Standard: $7

Expedite: $15 

International: $15

Express pick up: (Greater Cincinnati) is available for $5

 After processing order email SAGs to setup a day and time for express pick up.

How do I exchange an item?

 

Please email SAGs at Shawnasaccessorygallery@gmail.com with you order #, reason for exchange, item you are returning and the item you exchanging it for. SAGs will email you to approve if item is in stock. Once approved, you will have to ship item back to return address at your own cost.  

 

What is your exchange policy?

SAGs accept exchanges within 1-3 days of order being placed. 

How do I track my order?

 

SAGs will email you once your has order has been shipped and provide you with your tracking number.
